Producing nitrogen directly on-site
Nitrogen plays an essential role in laser cutting processes, particularly in achieving high-quality cuts without oxidation. NOVAIR offers comprehensive solutions for producing nitrogen directly from ambient air, storing it at high pressure, and then supplying it to laser cutting equipment.
At the EuroBLECH trade show, NOVAIR will showcase this entire production chain: compressed air supply, filtration, nitrogen generation, high-pressure filtration, high-pressure filling and storage, and supply to the nitrogen network.
At the heart of the solution is NITROSWING®, NOVAIR’s patented modular technology, which achieves a residual oxygen level of up to 10 ppm and is suitable for all types of lasers.
