The use of nitrogen and oxygen in the wine making industry

To protect the wine and avoid too much oxidation, inerting is necessary. Thanks to nitrogen production solutions on site, NOVAIR will allow you to control the amount of oxygen in the process of making your wines and preserve their quality.

For on-site nitrogen production, NOVAIR has specially designed a range of PSA nitrogen generators capable of delivering flow rates up to 21.4 m3/h with a purity of 99.999% for applications related to vinification.

Others configurations are available upon request for highest flow rates.
